Heavy Whipping Cream

Milk Alternative
I prefer unsweetened cashew or almond milk.

Vanilla Extract

Instant Coffee
You could use cold, or cold-brewed coffee instead, but instant saves me time.

Unflavored Quest Whey Protein
You can use your own, remember to look out for those carbs!

Xanthan Gum
Optional. It makes the shake rich and thick.
Instructions
In a blender bottle add all the ingredients and sweeten to taste. Sometimes I use stevia, sometimes a flavored sugar free syrup.
Add ice and use an immersion blender to combine all the ingredients, just make sure that you take the metal ball out of the bottle before hand.
Top it off with water or more milk alternative.
