Keto Meal Replacement Iced Coffee

Who doesn’t like coffee! Well, sometimes we don’t have time to make some nice and hot bulletproof coffee, so we have to improvise. Besides, I actually like iced coffee better. It works for me when I don’t have time to cook and I have to eat on the run. I make one or two of this and take it with me to my job in a cooler, ready to drink. It fits my macros perfectly and it keeps me full, awake, and happy until the next meal.

I have replaced two of my meals a day with this recipe (breakfast and lunch), but I always end the day with a nutritionally rich meal. I don’t recommend replacing all your meals, because you will not get enough nutrients.

  1. In a blender bottle add all the ingredients and sweeten to taste. Sometimes I use stevia, sometimes a flavored sugar free syrup.
  2. Add ice and use an immersion blender to combine all the ingredients, just make sure that you take the metal ball out of the bottle before hand.
  3. Top it off with water or more milk alternative.
