Who doesn’t like coffee! Well, sometimes we don’t have time to make some nice and hot bulletproof coffee, so we have to improvise. Besides, I actually like iced coffee better. It works for me when I don’t have time to cook and I have to eat on the run. I make one or two of this and take it with me to my job in a cooler, ready to drink. It fits my macros perfectly and it keeps me full, awake, and happy until the next meal.
I have replaced two of my meals a day with this recipe (breakfast and lunch), but I always end the day with a nutritionally rich meal. I don’t recommend replacing all your meals, because you will not get enough nutrients.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Milk Alternative I prefer unsweetened cashew or almond milk.
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Instant Coffee You could use cold, or cold-brewed coffee instead, but instant saves me time.
- 1/2 scoop Unflavored Quest Whey Protein You can use your own, remember to look out for those carbs!
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum Optional. It makes the shake rich and thick.

Instructions
- In a blender bottle add all the ingredients and sweeten to taste. Sometimes I use stevia, sometimes a flavored sugar free syrup.
- Add ice and use an immersion blender to combine all the ingredients, just make sure that you take the metal ball out of the bottle before hand.
- Top it off with water or more milk alternative.
